Final Image!

Here is the image chosen as my final from all of my edited test shots!

Test Shots! - Natural Colours

Here are a selection of edited images but with no changes with the colours. For the image I wanted to create I felt natural colours should be used and do make a better contrast through colours.

Test Shots! - Black/White

Here are 4 of my test shots just using black and white colours. Although these images were effective I felt natural colour should be used in a time-lapse image.

Charlie Waite

Here are a selection of images from the photographer Charlie Waite. These are great landscape photographs executed extremely well at a high quality, all being visually pleasing for the viewer. Location is key for an effective landscape photograph, all of these images have a great location.

Time Lapse Photography!

Here is an example of time lapse photography of Toronto, Canada. Being a huge city and split up to so many sections this is an amazing photograph. A total of six photos have been taken throughout the day and put together in order from the start to the end of the day to create this visual amazing image!

The second time lapse image that I looked at was interesting especially as you can see the movements of the sun. The pattern of the sun is amazing visually and the colours created as the sun is at a low point and a whole separate effect to this image.

This is another time lapse image I looked at displaying six images throughout a day in Manhattan, New York. The location chosen for the image perfect with the highrise buildings really standing out especially with all the lights on in the night section of the image.

Duality between land and sea!

Here are a few examples of photos I took on holiday in April with a duality between land and sea.

Martin Stranka

Here is an image created by Martin Stranka with a blend of male and female. This a really effective black and white image giving off a 'dark' effect. This could portray the male being ashamed of his looks, or wanting to be female with the photo he's holding representing him being almost trapped. Him being positioned in the bottom right of the image with the black background makes me thinks he's lost behind another identity and looks as if he's crouched down on the floor, not being able to move.

This is a strong image representing hope from the same photographer. It could also show the duality between life and death with her head being just above water giving her the ability to breath. The line of the water is the most effective part of the image with that being the separation of life and death, with the line being near the top of the image you realise that most of her body is submerged with the effect she's struggling to keep her head above water.
